A link roundup of the curious, cozy, and cleverly useful.
It’s that time of year again, when the mornings are warm enough to sit outside and take in the sunrise, enjoy the birdsong, and to have quality time with my coffee mug. Of course, coffee is getting to be a little pricey these days, so I may have to temper my expectations for these mornings in the future. Still, this weeks links have me thinking of coffee and coziness, and other things.
I’ve decided to move my link posts to the end of the week, and hopefully catch up on the half-dozen unfinished blog posts I keep meaning to polish up. Have a great weekend!

When I was a kid I used to read while traveling all the time. On the school bus, on family trips, any time I had a free moment, really. But at some point in my twenties I started becoming nauseated while reading in a car. It was very distressing, but since I drive myself most places now it’s rarely a problem. At least, if I ever become a passenger again, I may be able to overcome motion sickness with sound. https://www.nagoya-u.ac.jp/researchinfo/result-en/2025/04/20250408-01.html
